Have you ever had to take a day off of work to take your best friend to the Vet? Well, not anymore! The Day and Evening Pet Clinic, conveniently located on Alternate 19 Hwy, in Palm Harbor, is the area’s first day and evening full service Veterinary Clinic for cats and dogs.

We opened our doors in May 2005 and we are very happy to be part of this community. The owner and doctor, Dr. Al Paredes, DVM has been practicing veterinary medicine since 1982 and attended veterinary school at Oklahoma State. With Dr. Paredes and the rest of our team here, we are fully prepared to help you and your pet.

We are open seven days a week! We are open from 9am until 8pm Monday through Friday, and from 10am until 2pm both Saturday & Sunday. Day hours are by appointment and evening and weekend hours are available for walk in or by appointment.

We do all routine surgeries, vaccines, rabies licenses for both Pinellas and Pasco counties, all types of Health Certificates and we have a full-service pharmacy. We also provide prescription diets and prevention for parasites: fleas, ticks, worms, etc. We can treat most emergencies as well but we are not an emergency clinic.

Right now, we are also performing low cost spays and neuters to assist with the problem of animal overpopulation in our area. This low cost price for neuters and spays is available to anyone and everyone.

At the Day and Evening Pet Clinic, care and convenience are our top priorities. Your pet will receive excellent medical care and you will receive instant service by our friendly staff. You are always welcome to make an appointment, but we happily accept walk-ins, as well. You can also stop by before work and take advantage of our drop off service. You can drop your pet off in the morning and, in most cases, have him or her ready to go home at the end of the night.
